Request a quote through our website, by email, or by calling 305-969-1025.Please provide your event date, location, estimated guest count and the rentals you are interested in. For tents or larger events, include any setup, delivery or venue requirements you already know.

Does receiving a quote reserve my equipment?

Accepted Answer

No. Quotes and estimates do not hold inventory.Your reservation is confirmed once your 25% non-refundable deposit is received and your order is confirmed by Christina’s Party Rentals.

How long is my quote valid?

Accepted Answer

Pricing on estimates is valid for 7 days. Pricing and availability are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed.

How far in advance should I reserve?

As early as possible. Popular items, tents, specialty rentals and large quantities can sell out during weekends, holidays and peak event season.

Do I need my final guest count before ordering?

Accepted Answer

No. An estimated guest count is enough to get started.If your count is uncertain, we recommend beginning with the lowest realistic quantity you expect to need. You may add items later based on availability, while reductions are subject to our change deadlines.

Can I change my order?

Yes. Additions may be made based on inventory and scheduling availability.For standard orders, reductions, removals and exchanges are not permitted within 14 days of your event or delivery date.Holiday Season orders cannot be reduced or cancelled once confirmed.

Do you have a minimum rental order?

No minimum rental amount is required. Delivery availability and fees vary by location, order size and equipment. Smaller orders may qualify for warehouse pickup.

What if I don't see what I'm looking for online?

Contact us. Our inventory changes frequently, and we may have additional options, specialty items or alternatives that are not currently shown online.If you have an inspiration photo, send it to our sales team.

Yes. Multi-day and long-term rentals are available. Pricing will depend on the equipment and rental period.
